This property is sitting on the 3rd floor of a 4 storey building. Get on the elevator which takes you to your floor and access your apartment with your code. Once you get in you’ll be welcomed by the warmth and uniqueness of the entire space.
Our open plan kitchen if fully equipped with all the necessary tools required for a comfortable stay. We also have a pantry which is open for guests Use at anytime.
Our rooms are pretty LARGE, all en-suite with the master having a 6×6 bed and the guest room a 5×6 bed. There is ample wardrobe space and a reading table in the guest bedroom.
Your home also comes with a steamer for your clothes, an umbrella for rainy days, a yoga mat if yoga is your thing and inflatable pool toys + a pump!
We are dedicated to ensuring you have THE MOST comfortable stay and can’t wait to host you.
- No smoking in the apartment.
- No pets allowed in the apartment.
- Kindly note check-in time is 2 PM and check-out time is 11 AM.
- Kindly treat all facilities in the apartment with care. All damages and any missing item will be charged for in full.
- No parties or loud music is allowed in the apartment.
- No smoking and no use of any form of hard drug is allowed in the apartment. Defaulters will be penalized.
- Smoking in the apartment attracts a fine of 100,000 and forfeiture of caution.
- Do not exceed the total number of guests allowed in your apartment. For a 1-bed – 2 guests and for a 2-bed – 4 guests.
- Smoking within the apartment attracts a fine of 100,000 and caution forfeiture. Defaulters will be evicted without refund.
- Caution will be refunded within 48 hours after guests check out.
- No possession of any illegal weapon is allowed.

1. Cancellation Charges:
- For cancellations made more than 24 hours after payment, a 50% charge on the first night will apply, provided that check-in is not the following day.
- If the check-in is scheduled for the next day, a 50% charge on the first night will be applied.
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours after payment, or if the guest is already checked into the property, the full fee for the first night will be charged.
- If the check-in date is not the next day, a 30% fee on the first night will be charged.
2. Cancellation During Stay:
- Guests wishing to cancel their reservation after check-in must notify management at least 24 hours before the scheduled checkout time. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge for the subsequent night.
3. Date Changes:
- Guests may change their reservation dates without incurring a penalty if the new dates are at least 48 hours away. This can be done once at no additional cost.
- A second date change will incur a 50% charge on the first night.
- If the new dates are less than 48 hours away, a 50% charge on the first night will apply.
4. Service Fee:
- The service fee of N2,000 charged by the payment gateway is non-refundable upon cancellation.
5. Refunds:
- Should a cancellation occur due to faults or negligence on the part of management, or if the guest did not receive the services and amenities as described prior to booking, a full refund for unused nights will be issued.
- Any excess payment made over the total amount will be refunded along with the caution fee upon checkout.
